After successfully completing your Global Foundation at the required level in your home country to the required standard, you will progress to UWE Bristol directly. If you do not meet the required standard, you will progress instead to an International Year One (IYO) course (equivalent to the first year of a bachelor's degree) at UWE Bristol's International College on the University campus, leading to the second year of a bachelor's degree at the University on successful completion.
IYO courses develop key competencies needed to enter the second year of a Bachelor's degree at UWE Bristol, including academic skills, subject-specific knowledge and English language ability.

If you do not meet the required standard, you will progress instead to a Degree Transfer Program (equivalent to the first year of a bachelor's degree) at Bradford College near the University campus, leading to the second year of a bachelor's degree at the University on successful completion.
The Degree Transfer Program will provide you with the necessary academic knowledge, study skills and English language tuition needed to succeed as a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Adelaide.
